3. Escalation Matrix

We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt. If your issue is not resolved within this timeframe, or if you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter by replying to the original ticket and requesting a managerial review.
