Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services Policy

CarTechTravel provides digital services, including AI-generated reports and invoice audits, which are fulfilled immediately upon request using platform Credits. Because these services are rendered digitally and computationally, they are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed, reports generated, or services delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

While general usage is non-refundable, we may consider issuing a refund (in the form of restored Credits or fiat currency, at our discretion) in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: You were charged multiple times for a single Credit purchase due to a system error.
  • Technical Failures: A verified platform bug prevented the generation of your requested report, and credits were deducted.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: Payment was successfully captured by our payment processor, but Credits were never credited to your account.
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charge amounts originating from our systems.

Dissatisfaction with the contents of an AI-generated report does not qualify for a refund, as we explicitly state that AI outputs may be incomplete and are provided as informational guidance only.

3. Refund Processing

To request a refund under the eligible scenarios, please contact us via our Contact page with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.

Please note that approved fiat refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may require reasonable processing time (typically 5-10 business days) for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Account Cancellations

You may cancel your CarTechTravel account at any time. Upon cancellation, any remaining unspent Credits in your account will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
